Will mold change on another type of bread?

There are thousands of types of mold. They all differ in structure and habitat. For example, mold that grows on vegetables can never grow on bread or dairy products. Each species needs its own conditions. If “bread” mold (challah) is artificially transferred to another type of bread from other grain crops, then the mushrooms will most likely not be able to survive. But this is if the composition of the bread is radically different. Although, most types of baked goods can live with the same type of mold.
