With a uniform movement of the bar along a horizontal surface on the verge with a surface area of 100 cm2

With a uniform movement of the bar along a horizontal surface on the verge with a surface area of 100 cm2, the friction force is 2 N. What are the values of the friction force with uniform movement of the same bar on the face with a surface area of 200 cm2 and the friction force when the bar moves on the face with a surface area of 200 cm2 with the same bar placed on top?

In the first case, we changed the point of application of the bar to the support, i.e. edge of the bar. But the friction hasn’t changed! Why? Because, in this case, the friction force is measured through the force of gravity, and not the surface area. So the first answer is no.
In the second case, the friction force increases by 2 times, since in addition to the first load, two loads began to press on the table surface. Since the second weight is equal in mass to the first, the friction force has doubled
