World War I: Has It Happened or Delayed the February Revolution?

By the time the revolution began, a large number of military personnel had accumulated in the rear, and in particular in large cities. These were mainly recruits unwilling to serve, as well as soldiers returning from the front after being wounded. I think this served as a provoking factor against the background of other socio-economic problems, failures in hostilities at the initial stage and general dissatisfaction with the war.
