| Write down the reaction equation: hydrogen-ammonia-ammonium chloride-ammonium nitrate-nitrogen oxide 2-nitrogen oxide 4
Let’s compose the equations for the following chain of connections.
H2 -> NH3 -> NH4Cl -> NH4NO3 -> NO -> NO2.
H2 + 3N2 = 2NH3.
Compound reaction. When hydrogen interacts with nitrogen, ammonia is formed.
NH3 + HCl = NH4Cl.
Compound reaction. When ammonia reacts with hydrochloric acid, ammonium chloride is formed.
NH4Cl + HNO3 = NH4NO3 + HCl.
Exchange reaction. When ammonium chloride interacts with nitric acid, ammonium nitrate is formed.
NH4NO3 => NH3 + NO + H2O.
The reaction is called a decomposition reaction.
2NO + O2 = 2NO3.
Combustion reaction.
