Write down the reaction equations Ca (HSO3) 2- SO2- SO3- H2SO4- SO2
Calcium hydrogen sulfate interacts with hydrochloric acid. As a result of a chemical reaction, calcium chloride salt, water and tetravalent sulfur oxide are formed. Graphically, this equation of a chemical reaction can be expressed as follows:
Ca (HSO₃) ₂ + HCl = CaCl₂ + H₂O + SO₂
Further, to continue the chain of chemical reactions, we take tetravalent sulfur oxide and add oxygen to it. This chemical reaction is only possible when heated. Hexavalent sulfur oxide is formed.
SO₂ + O₂ = SO₃
Next, add water to hexavalent sulfur oxide and get sulfuric acid.
SO₃ + H₂O = H₂SO₄
And for the last reaction, we need to add pure copper to sulfuric acid. As a result of this chemical reaction, a copper sulfate salt, water and tetravalent sulfur oxide are formed.
2 H₂SO₄ + Cu = CuSO₄ + 2 H₂O + SO₂.
