1. С2Н6 = Н2 + Н2С = СН2 – dehydrogenation, ethylene was obtained;
2. Н2С = СН2 + Н2О = Н3С – СН2 – ОН – hydration, ethyl alcohol is released;
3. С2Н5ОН + CuO = H2C = CHOH = H3C – COH – oxidation occurs upon heating, vinyl alcohol is formed, then after its isomerization – acetaldehyde;
