Write down the reaction equations that can be used to carry out the following transformations: S → SO₂ → H₂SO₃ → Na₂SO₃ → SO₂

To implement the chain of reactions specified in the task, we need to perform four reactions:
The first reaction of interaction of sulfur and oxygen. As a result of the reaction, tetravalent sulfur oxide is formed. The reaction proceeds as a compound.
S + O2 = SO2
The second reaction is the interaction of tetravalent sulfur oxide and oxygen. As a result of this chemical reaction, hexavalent sulfur oxide is formed. The reaction proceeds as a compound.
2 SO2 + O2 = 2 SO3.
Next, we get sulfuric acid by adding sulfur oxide to hexavalent water.
SO3 + H₂O = H₂SO4
Sulfuric acid reacts with sodium hydroxide. Sodium sulfate salt forms and water is released.
H₂SO4 + 2 NaOH = Na₂SO4 + 2 H₂O.
