Write it down with the formula and equalize: iron sulfate (3) + barium hydroxide – iron (3) hydroxide + barium sulfate

Fe2 (SO4) 3 + 3Ba (OH) 2 = 2Fe (OH) 3 + 3BaSO4.

Fe (OH) 3 is a dark brown precipitate, BaSO4 is a white, fine crystalline precipitate, insoluble in acids.

The order of placing the odds:

1. To equalize the number of iron atoms, put 2 in front of Fe (OH) 3.

2. Equalize the amount of sulfate ions, put 3 in front of BaSO4.

3. To equalize the number of barium ions, put 3 in front of Ba (OH) 2.
