Write the equations: SiO2- Si- Mg2Si- SiH4- SiO2

Let’s compose the synthesis equations for inorganic silicon compounds:
SiO2 + 2Mg = Si + 2MgO – redox reaction (ORR) occurs when heated to 1000 degrees, silicon is obtained;
Si + 2Mg = Mg2Si – compounds, magnesium silicide is formed;
Mg2Si + 4HCl = 2MgCl + SiH4 – exchange, silane obtained;
SiH4 + 2O2 = SiO2 + 3H2O – OBP, silicon oxide was obtained (4).
The equations drawn up show the relationship of inorganic substances: oxides, non-metals, salts, hydrides. Silane is a gaseous compound of silicon with hydrogen used in chemistry as a reducing agent, as well as in the production of plastics.
