Write the reaction equation: С2H4 – C2H2 – С6H6 (С6H5NO2) – С6H5Cl

Let’s carry out the transformations, compose the equations:
C2H4 = H2 + C2H2 – dehydrogenation reaction, acetylene was obtained;
3C2H2 = C6H6 – trimerization of acetylene, benzene was released;
C6H6 + Cl2 = C6H5Cl + HCl – substitution, benzene chloride was formed;
С6Н6 + HNO3 = C6H5NO2 + H2O – benzene nitration occurs in the presence of sulfuric acid as a dehydrating agent, nitrobenzene is obtained.
These reactions confirm the connection between different classes of hydrocarbons: alkenes, alkenes and aromatic hydrocarbons. The reaction products have a practical purpose, for example, benzene chloride as a solvent, and nitrobenzene is required in the production of dyes and explosives in industry.
