Write the reaction equation: acetylene → benzene → chlorobenzene → aminobenzene

Three acetylene molecules form benzene:
3C2H4 → C6H6;

To get chlorobenzene from benzene, you need to add chlorine to it:
C6H6 + Cl2 → C6H5Cl + HCl;

When chlorobenzene interacts with ammonia, aminobenzene and hydrochloric acid are obtained:
C6H5Cl + NH3 → C6H5NH2 + HCl.
