Write the reaction equation: Calcium-Calcium oxide-Calcium hydroxide-Calcium nitrate-Calcium carbonate-Calcium oxide

1) Calcium reacts with oxygen, calcium oxide is formed:

Ca + O2 → CaO;

2) Calcium oxide reacts with water and turns out – calcium hydroxide:

CaO + H2O → Ca (OH) 2 ↓;

3) Calcium hydroxide interacts with nitric acid and we get – calcium nitrate and water:

Ca (OH) 2 + 2HNO3 → Ca (NO3) 2 + 2H2O;

4) Calcium nitrate reacts with sodium carbonate, it turns out – a precipitate of calcium carbonate and sodium nitrate:

Ca (NO) 3 + Na2CO3 → Ca (NO3) 2 + 2H2O;

5) Calcium carbonate decomposes into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide:

CaCO3 → CaO + CO2 ↑.
