1) KNO3 + H2SO4 = HNO3 + KHSO4 (when potassium nitrate interacts with sulfuric acid, nitric acid and potassium hydrogen sulfate are formed);

2) 2HNO3 + Zn (OH) 2 = Zn (NO3) 2 + 2H2O (when nitric acid interacts with zinc hydroxide, zinc nitrate and water are formed);

3) 2Zn (NO3) 2 = 2ZnO + 4NO2 + O2 (when heated, zinc nitrate decomposes into zinc oxide, nitrogen oxide (IV) and oxygen).
