Let’s write the equations:
1. CaCO3 = CaO + CO2 – decomposition reaction, calcium oxide, carbon monoxide are released (4);
2. СaO + 3C = CaC2 + СО – ОВР;
3. CaC2 + 2H2O = Ca (OH) 2 + C2H2 – hydration of calcium carbide, acetylene is obtained;
4. 3C2H2 = C6H6 – trimerization, benzene was formed;
5. С6Н6 + Cl2 = C6H5Cl + HCl – substitutions, benzene chloride was obtained.
