Write the reaction equations: H2SiO3-SiO2-Si

The chain of reactions H2SiO3-SiO2-Si is not really complicated. It can be done in two reactions. The first reaction is when the weak silicic acid starts to heat up slightly. As a result, the following reaction occurs:

H2SiO3 = SiO2 + 2H2O

The result is silicon oxide and water. Next, we take silicon oxide, add to it, for example, magnesium or nickel and carry out the following reaction:

SiO2 + 2Mg = 2MgO + Si

the result is magnesium oxide (in this case) and pure silicon.
